2nd Awareness Session held at GGHS Bhaderwah
BHADERWAH, JUNE 6: As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, the second awareness session on “Yoga’s Role in Drug De-Addiction” was today organized at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Bhaderwah.

Around 200 students actively participated in the yoga session, which was conducted by Yoga Therapist Nidhi Padha and Yoga Instructor Faizan Ul Haq.
The experts educated the students about the benefits of yoga for physical and mental well-being.
The event was meticulously coordinated by Medical Officer Dr. Manjit Singh from the AYUSH Department in collaboration with the District Social Welfare Department.
This session also formed a part of the Prelude to International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025 under the campaign YOGA UNPLUGGED, aiming at sensitizing youth about the transformative power of yoga.
