2-Day Hindi Conference on Socio – Environment in Post-Independence Hindi Literature of J&K Concludes at JKAACL, Jammu.

JAMMU, June 09: 2-Day Hindi Conference on the Socio – environment in Post-Independence Hindi Literature of J&K , Concluded successfully at JKAACL premises in Jammu.
The Second Day of the conference began with the Paper reading session. Dr. Nida
Nawaz and Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta were present In the presidium. In this session Dr.
Shiksha Rani read on the topic “Socio – Environment in Post-Independence Hindi
Novels of J&K”, Dr. Pawan Khajuria read paper on “Socio – Environment in Post-
Independence Hindi Plays of J&K” and Dr. Maharaj Krishan Bharat read paper on
“Socio – Environment in Post-Independence Hindi Poetry of J&K”. The session was
conducted by Mrs. Reeta Khadyal, Asstt. Editor, JKAACL.

After the paper reading session the Poetry reading session begun with the
poetry by Dr. Agnishakhar , Anila Singh Charak , Dr. Aruna Sharma,,Dr. Satish Vimal ,
Shyam Bihari Juneja , Dr. Nida Nawaz , Sanjeev Bhasin, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Sheikh
Mohd. Kalyan , Krishan Kumar Sharma, Sudhir Mahajan, Dr. Ajay Singh, Amita Mehta
,Sonia Upadhaye , Kunwar Shakti Singh , Alka Sharma , Kamaljeet Chowdhary , Dr.
Mudasir Bhat , Babita Rani , Bhagwati Devi , Arvind Sharma, Ram Krishan Dhar, Rakesh
Abrol , Uma Sharma, Indu Bhushan Bali, Dr. Guru Prasad , Manju Kumari , Tanuj Siyal
Anuj and Mehmood Shah.

Dr. Agnishekhar and Dr. Satish Vimal were present in the presidium. This session
was conducted by Dr. Ratan Basotra, Editor Dogri, JKAACL.

The Poetry Session was followed by Musical evening by the renowned singers of
the J&K. Artists who gave scintillating performance by their mesmerising voice
included Aupama Sharma, Vishal Gupta, Ravi Raghuvanshi and Supriya Sharma. They
were equally supported by the seasoned musicians like Kamal Sharma on Dholak,
Rakesh Anand on flute Amit anand on Tabla and Rohit sharma on synthesizer. The
music was composed by Ravi Sharma. The programme was conducted by Mrs. Reeta
Khadyal, Asstt. Editor, JKAACL.
