Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups full-fat milk
  • 4 tbsp milk powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup mango puree

Instructions
 

  • Boil milk in a pan.
  • Blend mangoes to make 1 cup puree.
  • Mix milk powder with some milk.
  • Simmer reduced milk, then mix in mango puree.
  • Pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 8 hours.
  • Unmold and garnish with pistachios.
  • Serve chilled.
