- 4 cups full-fat milk
- 4 tbsp milk powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup mango puree
Boil milk in a pan.
Blend mangoes to make 1 cup puree.
Mix milk powder with some milk.
Simmer reduced milk, then mix in mango puree.
Pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 8 hours.
Unmold and garnish with pistachios.
Serve chilled.
