LADAKH Jan 28: Lieutenant Governor Radha Krishna Mathur interacted with the artists and performers who participated in the 74th Republic Day celebrations at the Kartavya Path in New Delhi. Designer & Fabricator of the Ladakh Tableaux Veer Munshi was also present during the occasion.
