DODA, March 16: On the Direction of Deputy Commissioner Doda Vishesh Mahajan, a massive cleanliness and plastic collection drive was conducted in Prem Nagar and Thathri led by BDO Thathri, EO MC Thathri and the Sarpanch concerned.
People of Prem Nagar applauded the efforts of Deputy Commissioner Doda for this initiative before the start of Navratras and Ramzan.
Similar cleanliness drive under Swachh Gaon Sunder Gaon and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was also held at Thathri Town led by EO MC Thathri and his team.
DC appealed the public to keep their surroundings clean, support door to door garbage collection conducted by MCs and RDD and help administration make district plastic free for safe, healthy, and prosperous tomorrow.
