ANANTNAG, May 11: The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) meeting was today held at Anantnag to assess the progress of the MUMKIN and Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (SEI) schemes of Mission Youth.

The meeting was chaired by the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Anantnag, Bashir Ahmad Wani to review the implementation of these schemes.

During the meeting, the Nodal Officer (AD, Employment) Anantnag provided an overview of the current status of the cases that were approved in the previous DLIC meetings.

Subsequently, 108 applications from eligible unemployed youth in the district seeking benefits of Mumkin and 11 candidates under SEI were presented to the Committee for approval.

After a thorough review of each application, the Committee approved several new cases under the scheme. This decision will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the lives of the beneficiaries, as they will receive the necessary support to start their own businesses and become self-sufficient.
