LADAKH, 28 March: A delegation of Ladakh Buddhist Association led by president Thupstan Chhewang, along with the president and members of Ladakh Gonpa Association, LBA Youth Wing and LBA Women Wing called on LG Brig BD Mishra at Raj Niwas on Tuesday.
