Budgam Police book homestay owner for violating I&F Act, 2025

Budgam, December 11: Budgam Police have registered FIR No. 337/2025 against the owner of a Homestay in Humhama for concealing the stay of a foreign national and failing to submit mandatory Form C, in violation of the I&F Act, 2025. Authorities urge all accommodation providers to ensure strict compliance with Form C requirements.
