JAMMU: Police recovered 15 grams of Heroin from an accused peddler in the jurisdiction of PS Gandhi Nagar.
A police team of PS Gandhi Nagar led by SDPO South Sachit Sharma assisted by SHO PS Gandhi Nagar Inspr Pankaj Sharma and PSI Majid Shafi while on Naka duty at Ghoda Chowk near Nysa Bar Nanak Nagar Jammu area rounded up two suspected persons Anmol R/o Talab Tillo Santra Morh Jammu and Vinay Kumar R/o Narwal Chowk Jammu coming from Railway Station side towards Nanak Nagar Jammu on Scooty bearing Registration No. JK02DD/4903.
During search, 15 grams of heroin was recovered from the accused—8 grams of heroin from the accused namely Anmol and 7 grams of heroin from the accused Vinay Kumar.
On this a case got registered at PS Gandhi Nagar and accused got arrested.
