2020 riots accused Umar Khalid gets interim bail from Dec 16–29 for sister’s wedding

A Delhi court has granted interim bail to 2020 riots accused Umar Khalid to attend his sister’s wedding. The relief, granted in the larger conspiracy case linked to the Delhi riots, will remain effective from December 16 to 29. The court permitted the temporary bail on humanitarian grounds.
